Complete Conversions is looking for a skilled and detail oriented renovator to join our team for a long term ongoing project at a property in Gaithersburg, MD. This role requires hands on expertise in interior renovations and a strong ability to work independently and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high quality interior renovation work. To include carpentry, finish carpentry, punch out work, etc.
- Read and interpret scopes of work, cabinet layouts and measurements accurately
- Coordinate and communicate with team members to ensure timelines and quality expectations are met
- Safely operate a variety of tools and equipment
- Troubleshoot and solve issues as they arise during the renovation process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a residential or commercial renovation (kitchens, bathrooms, trim work)
- Proficiency in multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, professional finishes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have drivers license and reliable transportation to the Gaithersburg jobsite
