Responsibilities

• Graduate a 90 Day Launch Training Powered by PLACE
• Execute on PLACE Lead generation systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, have them sign a buyer agency agreement, then identify and Show Homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of both buyers and sellers
• Hold Two Open Houses weekly (unless you have 2 pending in your pipeline)
• Convert conversations from prospecting and lead gen activities into appointments
• Roll play / script practice daily (with an AI coach AND teammates)
• Commit to and attend one on ones with team operator; attend weekly PLACE training and Partner Calls
• Learn our Selling Experience Guide and do seller consults, get listings signed and help market your listings
• Demonstrate exemplary pricing strategies, design on a dime staging and listing related services.

Qualifications

• MUST be self motivated and highly competitive. You know how to develop relationships by building rapport, listening, and asking the right questions. You are NOT afraid of prospecting for new business and lead generation. You know how to deal with difficult people and overcome objections. Customer service and communication are your strengths. 
• MUST BE a Licensed Real Estate Professional
• 3+ years of real estate experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 Yearly
