We are seeking an individual with a proven track record, quality references, and someone that possesses superior customer satisfaction skills. Service Advisor experience and a desire to be successful is a must. Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.


Responsibilities:

• Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of vehicle
• Review Multi-Point Inspection and accurately translate the technicians recommendations
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for parts and labor
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day
• Update the customers on the status of their vehicles on a daily basis
• Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Perform active delivery, explain the Multi-Point Inspection and all completed work and charges to the customer

Qualifications:

• Prior Dealership Experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Strong Computer & Phone Skills
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
