    Role Overview:
    This is a hands-on Property Manager role, responsible for the full lifecycle of a portfolio of managed properties. From maintenance and compliance to inspections and deposit handling, you’ll work closely with both tenants and landlords to ensure smooth and professional service. We are looking for an experienced Property Manager, so previous experience is a must.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee a portfolio of managed properties and deliver outstanding property management service
    • Deal with proactive and reactive maintenance issues
    • Conduct property inspections, tenant check-ins and check-outs
    • Manage tenancy deposits and dispute resolutions
    • Coordinate safety testing and ensure compliance across your portfolio
    • Maintain clear communication with tenants and landlords
    • Build strong relationships with clients and contractors
    • Ensure internal systems and compliance standards are followed at all times
    • Work independently out on appointments as well as collaboratively with the in-office team

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in residential property management essential
    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
    • Ability to remain organised and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • A team player who can also work independently and show initiative
    • Full UK driving licence and access to own car
    • A genuine interest in property and providing a high level of customer service
    • Confident dealing with the general public in a face-to-face customer service role

    Package and Benefits:

    • Basic salary: £28,000 OTE: £32,000+ (uncapped pooled commission)
    • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
