Experienced Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing Technician
We are looking for an
experienced Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing Technician to join our growing team in Fort Myers.
If you already have experience in professional window cleaning, pressure washing, or exterior cleaning and are looking for a company where you can put those skills to work, earn overtime during season, and have opportunities to advance, we want to hear from you.
We are especially interested in technicians who can step in with industry experience and quickly become a productive part of our team.

- Residential & commercial window cleaning
- Pressure washing and soft washing
- Gutter cleaning
- Specialty exterior cleaning services

What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate has professional experience in
window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, or a similar exterior cleaning trade.
We're especially interested in applicants with experience in some or all of the following:
- Traditional residential and commercial window cleaning
- Water-fed pole systems
- Pressure washing
- Soft washing
- Gutter cleaning
- Ladder work
- Safely handling and maintaining professional equipment
- Residential and commercial jobsite experience
- Driving a work truck or company vehicle
- Communicating directly with customers
- Working independently and completing jobs without constant supervision
You should also:
- Have a strong and consistent work history
- Be dependable and show up on time
- Take pride in producing high-quality work
- Be physically capable of working an active job throughout the day
- Be comfortable working outdoors in the Florida heat
- Be comfortable working on ladders
- Have a clean and professional appearance
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Have a valid driver's license and be able to safely operate a company vehicle
Professional window cleaning and/or pressure washing experience is strongly preferred. Applicants with related exterior cleaning or hands-on trade experience will also be considered.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Each morning starts at our shop with a team meeting to review the day's schedule, jobs, and equipment needs.
From there, you'll head out in a company vehicle to complete residential and commercial jobs throughout Southwest Florida.
Throughout the day, you will:
- Review and route your scheduled jobs
- Communicate with customers before arrival
- Safely operate a company vehicle
- Professionally greet customers and review the work being completed
- Set up and operate professional window cleaning and pressure washing equipment
- Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, and related services
- Protect customers' homes, landscaping, and property
- Inspect your work before leaving each property
- Review completed work with customers and collect payment when necessary
- Maintain clean and organized equipment and vehicles
- Restock your vehicle and prepare for the following workday
We expect our technicians to take ownership of their jobs from arrival through final inspection.
Schedule, Overtime & Tips
Our business is seasonal, and we believe in being upfront about what that means.
Peak Season – October through March
Our busiest months provide a significant opportunity to earn additional income.
- Expect approximately 50–60 hours per week
- Overtime is paid at 1.5x your regular hourly rate
- Saturdays are required from October through December
- Technicians regularly receive tips directly from customers for excellent service
We work hard during season, and we're looking for people who are comfortable with the workload and want the opportunity to earn more while the work is available.
Summer / Off-Season
Southwest Florida slows down during the summer, and our workload reflects that. Weekly hours may vary based on the schedule.
