Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, pipes, and related components.
- Install, maintain, and replace water heaters, faucets, toilets, sinks, drains, valves, and other plumbing equipment.
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Read blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine project requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive inspections to identify potential problems.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and company procedures.
- Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and supervisors regarding findings and recommendations.
- Document work completed, materials used, and any additional service needs.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in clean and working condition.
Qualifications
- Experience in plumbing repair, installation, maintenance, or a related trade.
- Working knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, materials, and safety practices.
- Ability to diagnose problems accurately and complete work efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may include lifting, bending, standing, and working in various environments.
