Tradeco Construction Staffing is seeking an experienced Pipe Operator / Front-End Loader Operator for an underground utility and civil construction project in Thonotosassa, FL.

We are looking for a dependable, safety-conscious equipment operator with experience operating front-end loaders and working on underground utility projects. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working alongside pipelayers and underground utility crews, moving materials, handling pipe, and supporting daily production operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loaders to move dirt, stone, gravel, and other construction materials.
• Load and unload materials, trucks, and equipment.
• Assist underground utility crews with pipe installation operations.
• Handle and position pipe and construction materials as needed.
• Maintain proper material placement and support pipe bedding and backfilling operations.
• Work closely with pipelayers, excavator operators, and other ground personnel.
• Maintain safe working distances around employees and equipment.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Follow directions from foremen and maintain efficient jobsite production.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
