This role combines professional grooming expertise with outstanding customer service, as you'll work directly with pet owners to ensure every dog receives exceptional care and every client has a great experience.
What You'll Do:
As a Dog Groomer, you'll help keep pets looking and feeling their best while creating positive experiences for both dogs and their owners.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional dog grooming services including bathing, brushing, clipping, trimming, deshedding, and nail care
- Groom a variety of breeds according to owner requests and breed standards
- Assess coat condition and recommend grooming services
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of every dog throughout the grooming process
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of grooming equipment and work areas
- Build positive relationships with pet owners
- Communicate grooming recommendations and service updates professionally
- Assist in delivering an exceptional customer experience from check-in through pick-up
- Identify and report any health or skin concerns noticed during grooming

Qualifications
- Previous professional dog grooming experience required
- Ability to safely handle dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments
- Knowledge of breed-specific grooming styles and techniques
- Strong scissoring, clipping, bathing, brushing, and finishing skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with pet owners
