Earn up to $70,000 annually through a competitive base salary plus commission opportunity.

Provide exceptional customer service to both retail and wholesale customers.
Assist service technicians by accurately identifying and supplying the correct parts in a timely manner.
Utilize dealership parts catalogs and inventory management systems to identify, source, and order parts.
Process customer orders, special orders, returns, and warranty parts accurately.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control procedures.
Coordinate with the Parts Manager to source backordered or hard-to-find parts.
Follow up with customers regarding order status and expected delivery times.
Keep the parts department organized, clean, and stocked.
Work collaboratively with the Service and Sales Departments to support dealership operations.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
2+ years of automotive dealership parts counter experience required.
Experience using dealership management systems such as Dealertrack strongly preferred.
Experience working with Toyota OEM parts highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and manufacturer catalogs.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the dealership for extended periods.
Frequently lift and carry parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb as needed while retrieving inventory.
Comfortable working in both warehouse and customer-facing environments.
