Experienced Paralegal

This Florida family law office is growing and needs a seasoned family law paralegal who can hit the ground running from day one. This role requires a professional who is calm under pressure and passionate about the work they do.  If you take ownership of your work and support leaders with case management, legal research, document drafting, and client support, we want to hear from you!

What our client needs:

As the office Paralegal, you will be responsible for the following:

• Own client documents and communication, including client intakes and weekly status updates
• Support case progression and move matters through workflow stages
• Own the case calendar, including scheduling mediations and depositions, deadline tracking, and hearing date requests
• Prepare hearing and trial materials
• Coordinate with lead attorney and senior paralegal

Essential Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Florida family law paralegal, 10 years preferred. 
• Experience in a fully paperless office environment
• Ability to claim ownership and close loops on operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable working alongside AI Tools daily, including Vicent through Clio

Compensation Details:

• $60,000 - $75,000
• 26 PTO/Holiday Days
• 401 (k) with 5% match

The role requires at least  5  years of Florida Family Law Paralegal experience; 10 years preferred.  

LOCATION SPECIFICS.   
This is a Remote position. Florida residents are preferred.
