Manage and track all aspects of discovery for all cases to include: preparing D&I notices and responses, Interrogatories, review and catalog discovery documents received. Special projects and assist in preparing motions, responses, PC documents.

Responsibilities include:

• Draft pleadings.
• Draft letters.
• Prepare various documents to be filed with the Note of Issue documents.
• Draft statements of net worth and statements of proposed disposition.  
• Prepare files for trial.
• Prepare submission documents.
• Special projects and assist in preparing motions, responses, PC documents.
• Manage and track all aspects of discovery for all cases to include:  preparing D&I notices and responses, Interrogatories, review and catalog discovery documents received. 
• Draft subpoenas and track responses .
• Assist in the preparation of trial binders and assemble trial evidence.
• Prepare real estate transfer documents, etc. 

Salary range $70,000 - $85,000 annually base on experience, health benefits available, 401k and profit sharing plan
