Essential Functions
• Work with General Manager to develop monthly and annual objectives, as well as sales quotas for team;
• Mentor employees to be successful through H-D training programs;
• Manage operations of new and used inventory to include sales, trade-ins, and delivery and with net profit in mind;
• Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives to include efficiency reports on sales team;
• Actively review and maintain sales/vehicle history through CRM system, and verify sales team activity;
• Maintain inventory control system with net profit objectives in mind;
• Maintain clean and efficient showroom displays to highlight paint schemes, accessories, etc.
• Initiate procedures for quick and efficient handling of warranty items to include tagging and proper storage;
• Maintain procedures for timely and accurate completion and verification of all sales paperwork;
• Communicate department policies, and work with GM on the annual employee evaluation process;
• Address customer concerns and complaints quickly, confidentially, and by demonstrating our commitment to excellent customer service;
• Establish and maintain department work schedules, and communication;
• Create and execute annual performance reviews for direct reports;
• Maintain knowledge, qualifications, and certifications through H-D training programs, as needed;
• Support, promote, and get involved in the Help Sell, and Motorcycle Referral, programs.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of auto or motorcycle sales experience, Harley-Davidson experience a plus.
• 1+ year auto or motorcycle sales management experience.
• Finance experience is a must.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
• Consistent and stable work history.
• Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, Holidays, and evenings.
