Job Description:
We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Mini Excavator / Skid Steer Operator with at least 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial site work. The ideal candidate will have strong operational skills and the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Operate mini excavators and skid steers safely and efficiently

• Perform precise footing excavation and trenching

• Ability to set and cut grade with accuracy (a strong plus)

• Maintain equipment and ensure daily inspections

• Work closely with site supervisors to meet project timelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of equipment operating experience

• Ability to read site plans and set grades is a major plus

• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

• Must adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols
