Experienced Master Automotive Technician 60 hrs+ $100,000 year

We are looking for mechanics that have many years of experience removing and replacing engines, timing belts and chains, head gaskets, rebuilding engines, and high level diagnostic tech (engine mechanics).

High level diagnostic techs a big plus.

We are looking for mechanics that have a minimum of 5 years of experience with engine replacement, timing chains, head gasket, top end rebuild, and engine rebuilding (LS experience is a plus).

You will make $150,000 to $75,000 per year, if you have the ability to remove and replace 4 to 6 engines per week, running perfectly, with great quality. You must also have great diagnostic experience.

We are Georgia's #1 engine replacement company. Our highest weekly mechanic's pay is $3500 per week based on flat rate production.

• Must have high level diagnostic skill with the ability to utilize scanners, data, and schematics
• Ability to diagnose and repair: ac system, fuel delivery system, cooling system, starting system, charging system.
• Must have experience in removing and replacing engines, transmissions, timing belts and chains, head gaskets, and top end engine rebuild experience.

Top Pay -- Ability to earn UP TO $3500 per week based on productivity

Responsibilities

• Remove and replace engine. Mechanics that can R & R 4 to 5 engines per week will make between $75,000 to $150,000 per year.
• Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues and ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicle systems, including powertrains and electrical systems.
• Utilize hand and power tools to execute repairs, alignments, and transmission work efficiently.
• Interpret schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive problems and implement effective solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair needs and recommendations clearly.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and organized shop environment.
