Experienced Line Cook

• Preparing made-from-scratch meals from the menu cycle.
• Restocking kitchen for subsequent shifts.
• Plates prepared foods based on the chef’s guidance.
• Responsible for the setup, operation, breakdown, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment 

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Proven experience working both the Sauté and Grill stations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high food quality and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Dependable, organized, and a team player with a positive attitude.
