Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information
- Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents
- Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communication
- Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach
- Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth leasing process
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of leasing, Property Relations, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales and customer service experience
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and property management software preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct apartment tours and assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person leasing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Prepare lease agreements and process rental applications
- Maintain accurate resident and prospect records
- Assist with resident retention by providing excellent customer service and coordinating lease renewals
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to support occupancy goals
- Ensure model units and common areas are clean, organized, and tour-ready
