You know how to run a mitigation job. We’re looking for a company builder, not just another pair of hands.
We’re a growing, family-owned restoration company looking for a lead who can take ownership in the field and help set the standard for the crew. Your judgment, documentation, customer service, and ability to develop technicians will matter here. As we grow, there’s an opportunity to move into operations leadership.

What we need: IICRC
WRT and AMRT, at least two years of water mitigation experience, and a track record of running jobs or leading a crew. ASD and other certifications are a plus. Above all, you need sound judgment, excellent communication, outstanding reliability, and the drive to take great care of customers.
