We’re looking for Eyelash Specialists who are: Passionate about beauty and helping others look and feel their best Detail-oriented with a natural eye for artistry Skilled in lash extensions, lifts, and brow services (some lashing experience required) Professional, reliable, and committed to excellence Knowledgeable about safety and sanitation standards

Responsibilities:
- Create excellent experiences for every guest
- Perform high quality services – eyelash extensions, tints, lash/brow lifts, threading and more
- Perform maintenance services such as refills and lash removal
- Provide customer service and education to clients on proper aftercare
- Keep up with the latest trends in the industry
- Promote products and memberships
- Maintain a clean and sterile work environment
- Team player, supporting training efforts while also pursing continued growth in the art of lashing
- Remain current on certifications and trends in the industry
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Active Cosmetology, Esthetics or Eyelash Specialty license in Tennessee
- Prior eyelash extension experience a PLUS
- Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
- Well organized, detail oriented and artistic
- Reliable with a consistent work record
- Initiates self-learning
