Mazda of Clearwater is looking for an experienced, high-energy Internet Sales Consultant to join our sales team, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Primary Duties Include:
- Make phone calls, set appointments, manage internet traffic
- Ensure productive CRM usage, follow-up processes, and lead management best practices
- Maintain high CSI scores and ensure a transparent, customer-focused sales process
- Work closely with the sales management to hit monthly sales goals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Internet Sales Consultant
- Strong appointment setting and presentation skills
- Experience in high-volume dealership environments preferred
- Strong, effective communication abilities
- Expertise with CRM, desking tools, and DMS systems
- Ability to manage a sales process from lead to delivery with consistency and accountability
- A customer-first mindset with sharp closing skills
- Valid driver’s license
