Salary Range: $50000.00 - $95000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals.

Present and explain insurance policies clearly and concisely.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.

Achieve and surpass sales quotas for life insurance, health insurance, and annuity products.

Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment.

Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.

Process applications and ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of various insurance products (Auto, Home, Umbrella, etc).

Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

Valid Texas Insurance License (P&C).

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
