    Schedule: Monday–Friday with on-call/rotating weekends as needed

    Position Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced, reliable HVACR Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for commercial and/or residential clients. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, customer-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems (rooftop units, split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, walk-in coolers, ice machines, etc.).
    • Install new HVACR equipment per manufacturer specs and local codes.
    • Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
    • Perform brazing, piping, wiring, refrigerant recovery/charging, and system balancing.
    • Complete work orders, and communicate status with dispatch and customers.
    • Follow safety protocols, maintain clean work areas, and use PPE.
    • Provide clear, professional customer interaction and explain repairs/recommendations.

    Qualifications:

    • 5 years of hands-on HVACR field experience (commercial experience preferred ).
    • EPA Section 608 certification (Universal).
    • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; ability to read wiring diagrams and use multimeter.
    • Experience with refrigerants, recovery equipment, and leak detection.
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
    • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and handle varied environmental conditions.
    • Excellent customer service, communication, and time-management skills.

    Desired Certifications (a plus):

    • Manufacturer-specific certifications (Carrier, Trane, Daikin, etc.)
