Donald Guy Heating & Cooling exists to take care of people: the customers who trust us inside their homes and businesses, and the technicians who carry our name into those buildings. We hire for both. We've kept Tallahassee comfortable since 1996 as a licensed HVAC contractor (CAC1823478), handling residential and commercial service, repair, maintenance and installation across Leon, Gadsden and Wakulla counties. We're local, not a franchise. We will train the right person on equipment. We will not train someone into character. Every technician here is held to four standards:1. You serve. Every call is someone's comfort, money and trust. Explain what you found, give honest options, and do the job right whether or not anyone is watching. Serve the teammate next to you too.2. You work well with people. Take direction, give it respectfully, disagree without heat, and admit when you were wrong.3. You are honest, every time. We don't sell repairs a customer doesn't need, misstate a diagnosis, or falsify a timecard. It's the one thing we will not coach.4. You put in the work. Show up on time, stay until the job is right, keep learning the trade, and pull your share in July.It runs both ways. We ask our people to sacrifice properly for our customers and each other, and we sacrifice properly for our people: we spend on your training, protect your time off, stand behind you in front of a customer, and pay you what the work is worth.
