Grow your career and reach the next level in the trade!EXPERIENCED HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of leadership experienceEPA Section 608 certificationTDLR registrationNATE certificationProficiency with electrical and mechanical systemsValid driver's licenseWillingness to learn more and keep growing in the tradePhysical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work in extreme temperatures, and work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)Ability to use multimeters, gauges, and similar toolsAbility to use ServiceTitan (or similar software) for invoicing and schedulingCommitment to safetyRequired AbilitiesAbility to explain technical information in plain English and calm frustrated customersAbility to think critically and solve novel problemsAbility to show up on time, keep your appearance neat, and treat customers' property respectfullyAbility to identify upgrade opportunities/preventive maintenance needs, clearly communicate the benefits of these services, and encourage customer approval without being pushyWHAT YOUR DAYS WILL LOOK LIKEOur Experienced HVAC Service Technician works Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an on-call rotation.Always respectful and professional, you'll diagnose electrical and mechanical problems, clearly explain service options to customers, and complete high-quality repairs. You'll ensure client satisfaction, recommend upgrades and additional services when appropriate, and create positive relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
