COMPENSATION & OPPORTUNITY- $20–$35 / hr base (based on experience)

THE ROLEYou’re not just running calls — you’re the standard.- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial systems
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time
- Build trust through clear communication and education
- Mentor junior techs as you grow into leadership
- Take ownership of your truck, tools, and performance
DAY-TO-DAY- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Provide honest, accurate recommendations
- Complete jobs right the first time
- Maintain clean, stocked, organized truck
- Use Service Titan for documentation
- Participate in scheduled on-call rotation
WHAT YOU BRING- 2+ years HVAC service experience
- EPA 608 Certification
- Clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic ability (not just parts swapping)
- Customer-first mindset
- Drive to grow and lead
Bonus:- Service Titan experience
- Residential and light commercial background
- HVAC certification or degree
