Allied Aire is looking for an experienced residential HVAC technician who knows their way around a service call. You can troubleshoot a system, track down the real issue, make the repair, and leave the homeowner feeling confident in the work you've done.

What Your Days Will Look Like

You'll be out in the community helping homeowners keep their heating and cooling systems running safely and reliably. That means:

• Diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
• Working on air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces, and indoor air quality equipment
• Performing maintenance, system inspections, and preventative service
• Identifying equipment issues and recommending appropriate repairs
• Explaining your findings and repair options in a way homeowners understand
• Completing service documentation and maintaining accurate job records
• Helping with occasional installation-related work when needed
• Following manufacturer guidelines and safety standards

What You Bring to the Team

You don't need someone looking over your shoulder on every call. You have the technical foundation to work independently, think through problems, and communicate professionally with customers.

Required qualifications:

• At least 2 years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Experience servicing heat pumps, gas furnaces, and refrigerant systems
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, rotating on-call, overtime available
