Residential HVAC Service Technician | $25-$40/hr + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Cornelius, NC | Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Allied Aire is looking for a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician to become part of our service team. This is an opportunity for an experienced technician who can work independently, accurately identify system issues, and provide homeowners with professional solutions they can trust.

The Role

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping homeowners' heating and cooling systems operating safely and efficiently. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Troubleshooting residential heating and cooling equipment
• Diagnosing system failures and determining the appropriate repair
• Servicing air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and indoor air equipment
• Completing preventative maintenance and system performance checks
• Explaining findings and repair recommendations to customers
• Handling occasional installation work when needed
• Recording service work and maintaining accurate documentation
• Working in accordance with safety procedures and manufacturer requirements

Qualifications

We're seeking someone who can bring proven residential service experience to the team.

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Working knowledge of heat pumps, gas furnaces, and refrigerant systems
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM

Overtime is available, along with a rotating on-call schedule.
