What You'll Do
As an experienced HVAC Service Technician, you will independently serve both residential and commercial customers, including:
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems
- Servicing equipment including RTUs, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, AC systems, and humidification systems
- Performing preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Completing light plumbing repairs and basic electrical troubleshooting
- Working on commercial controls and retrofit/replacement projects
- Communicating clearly with customers and team members
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Ability to independently diagnose and repair a wide range of systems
- Experience with both residential and light commercial service
- EPA Universal Certification strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Own basic hand tools
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Compensation
$26 - $38 per hour based on experience, certifications, and skillset
(Highly experienced candidates may be considered above this range)

Additional Information
- Company vehicles are provided for technicians participating in our on-call rotation
- On-call technicians are permitted to take their vehicle home, including on non-call days
- Technicians not participating in the on-call rotation report to the shop daily
