Position Summary: Handle high-volume recruiting across all hospital departments in a fast-paced environment, including hiring leadership positions. Attending local job fairs, partnership building and outreach with local schools. Facilitate process of sourcing candidates for hospital-based positions by partnering with hiring managers within the facility identifying key criteria to prescreen and attract qualified candidates effectively. Through the use of job boards, referrals, market intelligence and own networking efforts, will be focusing on pro-actively identifying talent and generating a pipeline of candidates for current and future roles. Will manage and follow the screening process of the candidate with the use of our applicant tracking system, including coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
