- You are responsible for notifying the office and foreman about change orders
What You’ll Be Doing
- Performing Standard Work (defined, single-scope repairs and installs)
- Executing Managed Work (multi-day or multi-trade projects with planning support)
- Working from clear scopes and schedules
- Communicating with the foreman to keep jobs on track
- Representing a trusted brand in customers’ homes

Pay, Hours & Vehicle Compensation
- 32–35 hour guaranteed weekly floor (conditional on availability & performance)
- Paid for:
- On-site work
- Job-to-job travel during the workday
- Required meetings and training
- Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate for:
- Job-to-job travel
- Job-related supply runs(Commute to first job and home from last job are not reimbursed)
- Opportunity for performance bonuses tied to productivity and quality (not sales)
- Consistent weekday schedule (Monday–Friday)
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of residential repair or remodeling experience
- Strong skills in:
- Carpentry
- Drywall
- Light plumbing
- Light electrical
- General repairs
- Ability to work independently within a defined process
- Professional communication and clean jobsite habits
- Pride in workmanship and customer experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided as needed)
