Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is seeking a dynamic Experienced Global Travel and Expense Specialist to join the team in Hazelwood, MO; Huntington Beach, CA; or Seattle, WA.This role offers an exciting opportunity on the Global Travel and Expense Services Team to support and advance the Global Corporate Credit Card program collaborating cross-functionally with teams enterprise wide.  The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence, automation improvements and global compliance, delivering a world-class innovative employee experience.Position Responsibilities:Supports the Global Corporate credit card program (multiple currencies) in partnership with our third-party providers, including card issuance, maintenance, and account managementProvides global customer support to cardholders and internal/external business partners, including participation in meetings outside standard business hours as neededSupports the Procurement credit card program, including coordination of internal and external audit activitiesPartners with International Finance to support new and emerging business setups, ensuring travel expenses and card processes are effectively implementedCommunicates project status updates to stakeholders, including leadership, support teams, customers, and suppliersLeads initiatives to establish new local currency card programs, coordinating across multiple teams and organizations including navigating diverse banking requirements across multiple countriesManages corporate credit lines in partnership with Treasury and suppliers, including securing approvals and required documentationCoordinates legal documentation requirements, including Board Resolutions and related governance materialsDrives continuous process improvements including automation advancements and promote the adoption of best practicesThis position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.Basic Qualifications:3+ years of experience in using advanced features in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, and Power Point1+ years of experience in coordinating and processing business travel arrangements utilizing Concur or a similar travel and expense management tool program, generating expense reports for business travel and reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement1+ years of experience working with global teamsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field or equivalent years of experience3+ years of experience in written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams  Experience with travel ecosystems including reporting, online booking tools, expense and audit systems, and travel ecosystem technologiesAnalytical, project management skills and ability to drill down to root causeStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExperience in working independently and as part of a teamExperience in being flexible to adapt to changing travel needs and requirementsExperience with multi-tasking and prioritizing multiple projects; anticipate needsExperience with international travel regulations and compliance requirementsConflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
