Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an ExperiencedFleet Support Program Specialist to join their team in Seal Beach, CA or Seattle, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Primary BGS contact for issues identified by BCA partners (Fleet Chief Office, In-Service Supply Chain, engineering, customer support, etc.)
  • Assists in analyzing post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities
  • Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders
  • Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance
  • Project management of fleet-wide issues consisting of short and long-term challenges requiring BGS supply chain support without an existing plan
  • BGS SME on fleet supportability - Either know the answer or help direct to the correct team
  • Multiple identifiers for supportability issues (Fleet Chief Office, engineering, service bulletins, AOG/sales, supply-chain health, etc.)
  • Own development and project management of roll-out until final execution

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ Years of experience in Supply Chain
  • 3+ Years of experience in Project Management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with SAP
  • Define metrics and tracking mechanisms
  • Comprehensive understanding of the issue, criticality, root cause, and impact to customers
  • Define support plan and complete path to execution
  • Establish stakeholders, action owners, and communication rhythm

Summary pay range: $90,000.00 - $129,950.00
