Responsibilities:

• Respond to and follow up with real-time inbound telesales leads and inquiries regarding Final Expense life insurance.
• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analysis with clients over the phone to help them select the right burial or final expense policy.
• Utilize electronic applications (e-apps) and voice-signature processes to submit policies accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients virtually to ensure high policy retention.

Requirements:

• Active Life Insurance License Required
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a self-motivated, disciplined work ethic to succeed in a work-from-home environment.
• Dedicated, quiet home office space free from background noise.
• Reliable high-speed internet, a computer/laptop, and a reliable phone setup (headset required).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help families.
• Prior experience in telesales, remote sales, or insurance we provide comprehensive training on our products and digital sales system.
