I AM Salon and Day Spa is looking for a
highly skilled, passionate, and experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team!
We are seeking a well-rounded professional with a
minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience who is confident performing a full range of esthetic services. Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable, motivated, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional esthetics experience (REQUIRED)
- Current North Carolina Esthetician License
- Must be experienced and proficient in a wide variety of esthetic services, including:
- Customized facials and advanced skincare treatments
- Chemical peels and exfoliation treatments
- Microdermabrasion
- Dermaplaning
- Full-body waxing and facial waxing
- Brow shaping, tinting, and lash enhancements
- Additional esthetic services offered within your scope of practice
- Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, skin conditions, and treatment protocols
- Ability to perform thorough consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and home-care products
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong retail sales and guest retention skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Willingness to continue education and learn new techniques and services

We are looking for an esthetician who is confident in their abilities, comfortable performing multiple types of services, and passionate about building lasting relationships with guests.
This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience and be comfortable working independently in a busy salon and spa environment.
