    The Opportunity


    A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a Senior Attorney to lead and manage an office within its Estate Planning practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney looking to transition from a large firm into a more personalized, high-end practice environment.

    The firm offers a collaborative culture, strong support, and the opportunity to take on a leadership role with direct impact on operations and client service.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage a local office and its operations
    • Review and finalize estate planning documents
    • Handle matters related to estate planning, probate, and trusts
    • Manage and grow a caseload (starting around 15 cases, ramping up to ~30)
    • Provide guidance and oversight to team members as needed
    • Maintain high-quality client relationships and service standards


    Qualifications

    • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
    • Active bar admission in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey
    • 10+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trusts
    • Prior experience in a large law firm environment preferred
    • Strong document review and analytical skills
    • Ability to operate independently and manage an office setting


    Work Environment

    • Location: Pennsylvania & New Jersey (Greater Pittsburgh / Northern Philadelphia market)
    • Schedule: Hybrid (in-office presence required, especially for client signings)
    • High-end, client-focused practice setting
    • Collaborative and growth-oriented team


    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: $165,000 – $185,000
    • Health insurance (approximately 50% employer contribution)
    • Opportunity for long-term leadership and growth
