Cenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high‐speed envelope‐manufacturing equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Pay & Schedule
- Starting at $23/hr + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts)
- 2nd shift premium $1.25/hr / 3:25pm – 11:25pm (Mon – Fri)
- 3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 11:20pm - 7:20am (Sun - Thurs)
- Flexibility to train on any shift including 1st shift 7:15 am – 3:30pm (Mon – Fri)
- Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs.
- Shift availability is subject to change
Primary Duties
- Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines
- Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs
- Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime
- Inspect product quality and minimize waste
- Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement
- Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely
Job Requirements
- 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances
- Detail‐oriented, safety‐focused, and reliable
- Consistent attendance and dependability are critical for this role
Physical Requirements
- Standing, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbs
- Exposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glue
- Ability to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipment
