Lake Region Medical Group, P.A. (LRMG) is currently seeking a full-time, experienced Enterprise Float Advanced Practice Provider to primarily support the emergency and inpatient departments in Elbow Lake & Fergus Falls, and the Walk-in Clinic in Fergus Falls.
Provider must be an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C or NP) in Emergency Department or Urgent Care
Sole coverage in Elbow Lake ED with Avera tele-support is currently in place.
ED coverage shows patient encounters average around 3-4 per shift - average acuity level or ED encounters are 3.5 on a 1-5 ESI scale.
Support hospitalist team as indicated - Inpatient, swing bed and observation.
Position will provide consistency and flexibility with ED/WIC coverage Enterprise wide.
