    Experienced Emergent Service Representative (Level 4)

    Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is hiring for an Experienced Emergent Service Representative (Level 4) to join the team located in Berkeley, MO.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Develops complex project estimates and schedules.
    • Provides program visibility to management and customers.
    • Coordinates work off-loading and confers with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
    • Resolves schedule, product deviations and manufacturing requirements at the program level, analyze impacts and monitors workarounds.
    • Creates and manages comprehensive multi-tiered project schedules for significant organization, enterprise and business unit projects.
    • Directs and manages very complex project schedules.
    • Coordinates the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project and team, finance, planning, scheduling and management.
    • Monitors program costs and processes financial documents and reports.
    • Resolves discrepancies.
    • Acts as site subject matter expert for technical content.
    • Leads and oversees assignment of work packages.
    • Analyzes and coordinates resolution of errors in tooling business and product configuration systems.
    • Works under minimal direction.

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location. 

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • 5+ years of experience in constructing/building and providing reports and presentation material as needed for assigned projects or Leadership review
    • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint and Teams
    • 5+ experience with direct customer support

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor's Degree or Higher
    • 3+ years of experience with sub-assemblies
    • 3+ experience working directly with parts plan production to schedule, transfer, release, monitor, and expedite production work orders (ADPP, SFC)

    This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    This position will be expected to work 1st Shift on most occasions

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

    Summary pay range: $103,700 - $140,300 USD
