Our client in
Mentor, OH is seeking an experienced
Loading Dock / Commercial & Industrial Door Technician to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined professional with experience servicing, troubleshooting, and installing commercial or industrial doors and loading dock equipment. You'll work alongside experienced technicians while continuing to build your skills through hands-on and manufacturer training.
Responsibilities- Receive and complete daily service work orders.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial door systems.
- Install commercial doors, loading dock equipment, and related products.
- Perform preventative maintenance and field service work.
- Provide professional customer service while working at client locations.
Qualifications- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at elevated heights.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, or installing commercial/residential door or loading dock equipment.
- At least 2 years of welding, electrical troubleshooting, or field service experience.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
Compensation & Benefits- $22.00-$30.00/hour based on experience.
