About the Role:Diamond Dental Associates LLC is looking for a friendly and experienced Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our practice in Flemington, NJ. Responsibilities:- Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and process claims and authorizations
- Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and account balances
- Answer multi-line phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage voicemails
- Maintain and update accurate patient records and medical histories
- Coordinate with clinical dental staff to ensure smooth daily office operations
Requirements:- Prior dental office front desk or receptionist experience required
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Knowledge of dental insurance billing, verification, and claims processing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy office environment
- Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
- Professional, dependable, and a positive team player
