Christian Slayton Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our award-winning Albuquerque agency. We are looking for a motivated professional who enjoys helping clients, solving problems, and working in a positive team environment.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage reviews
• Process endorsements, payments, and policy updates
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person
• Support client retention and satisfaction efforts
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Identify opportunities to help clients with additional insurance needs

• Insurance agency experience preferred
• Property & Casualty License
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
