Ashleys of Rockledge is looking for a talented and passionate Experienced Cook to join our kitchen team in Rockledge, FL! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to order with consistency, quality, and speed
• Follow recipes, plating standards, and portion control guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift
• Monitor food inventory, freshness, and proper food storage procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team for smooth service
• Adhere to all food safety and health code regulations
• Assist with prep work, line cooking, and end-of-day kitchen breakdown

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a line cook, prep cook, or similar culinary role
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Food Handler Certification or ServSafe certification preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Passion for food quality and delivering an exceptional dining experience
