About the Role

As an Experienced Commercial Roof Technician, you will handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of flat and low-slope roofing systems on commercial structures. You will work with a variety of membranes and assemblies, diagnose problems in the field, and deliver results that stand up to New England weather. What You Will Do

• Install, repair, and maintain TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up roofing systems on commercial buildings.
• Perform tear-offs, prepare and inspect substrates, and ensure proper insulation and drainage.
• Apply flashing, seal penetrations, and complete detail work around curbs, vents, and parapets.
• Read project specifications and translate them into accurate, code-compliant work.
• Conduct roof inspections, identify leaks or deterioration, and recommend effective repairs.
• Operate equipment and hand tools safely, following all fall-protection and jobsite safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly with crew leads and coordinate with teammates to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on commercial roofing experience with low-slope and flat systems.
• Working knowledge of multiple membrane types and the methods used to install and seam them.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
