This position is ideal for a skilled machinist who can confidently set up and produce close-tolerance parts while enjoying a consistent three-day workweek.You'll work with state-of-the-art equipment in a bright, clean, modern facility-and your work will support critical industries such as aerospace, defense, communications, mining, and more.What You'll DoSet up CNC machines for the production of close-tolerance componentsRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, and GD&T requirementsInspect completed parts using appropriate precision measuring equipmentMake fixture, tooling, and process adjustments to maintain qualityWork with a variety of materials and part configurationsIdentify and troubleshoot machining or quality issuesMaintain accurate production and inspection documentationCollaborate with team members to meet safety, quality, and production goalsSupport continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiativesWhat We're Looking ForAt least two years of experience setting up CNC machines and producing close-tolerance partsStrong understanding of mechanical inspection techniquesWorking knowledge of GD&TExperience machining a variety of materialsStrong mechanical aptitude and mathematical problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and make sound decisionsAttention to detail and a commitment to producing quality workWillingness to collaborate and contribute to a team-oriented environmentWeekend ScheduleFriday–Sunday, 6:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.Enjoy a consistent three-day workweek with four days off.
