    Seeking Experienced CNC Machine Operators for 3rd Shift

    Hypertherm Associates is seeking Experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our 100% Associate-Owned business and produce high quality parts for plasma cutting systems.

    3rd Shift | Sun-Thurs 11p-7a

    Location: Lebanon, New Hampshire

    Your Role: As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll be a part of a team dedicated to producing high-quality parts for plasma cutting systems. You'll independently perform manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, and packaging, following instructions to uphold our standards of excellence. You'll also enhance machinery performance to prevent downtime and independently identify opportunities for the use of lean systems.

    Who We're Looking For:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent

    • 3+ Years of consistent machining experience required

    • Ability to pass pre-requisite skills assessments

    • Experience with CNC Lathes

    • Experience with Fanuc or Cincom CNC controllers

    • Demonstrated knowledge of GD&T, Print Reading, and Tooling

    • Understanding of basic Lean principles

    • Comfort with technology and MS Office

    • Eagerness to learn and grow technically

    • Team player with a positive attitude

    • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

    • Availability for 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am)

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

    • Manual dexterity

    • Comfortable in a manufacturing setting

    • Able to stand for full 8-hour shifts
