IMT Residential is looking for a Certified Service Technician (Certified Maintenance Technician) to join the team at IMT Gulfstream, our 456-unit community in Boynton Beach, FL!

EPA Type II or Universal certification is required.

• Pay - $23.00 - $26.00/hr. depending upon skills and experience related to the role

Position Details:

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues throughout apartment homes, common areas, and the community, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, pools, and more
• Complete apartment turns efficiently and to IMT's high standards, ensuring homes are ready for new residents
• Perform preventative and routine maintenance to keep the community operating smoothly
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to create the curb appeal that makes a great first impression
• Provide responsive, professional customer service while interacting with residents and addressing their maintenance needs
• Use your IMT-provided tools and technology to complete work efficiently and effectively
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule with the Service Team to respond to maintenance emergencies
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Service Manager or Community Manager

What We're Looking For

• Previous residential property management, hotel, or equivalent maintenance experience
• Strong hands-on skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, pools, and general maintenance
• EPA Type II or Universal certification required; CPO certification is a plus
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to continue learning and developing your skills
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable learning and using technology, including Outlook and SuiteSpot
• Ability to work independently while also being a dependable member of the Service Team
• Availability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule
• Active and valid driver's license required
