We are looking for experienced Caregivers in Austin, TX & surrounding areas

Full-Time and Part-Time available

• Day and/or overnight shifts
• Weekdays and/or Weekends
• Long shifts and short shifts available
• We are hiring for multiple positions located in different areas of town.

Caregiver Job Description

We want caregivers who are highly dependable and energetic with a desire to help people in a variety of situations. The ideal caregiver candidate is able to provide hands-on care to an elderly individual with special, non-medical needs in their home and is comfortable working with pets. Someone who is sensitive to the needs of our clients, pro-active, flexible and able to deal with changes in the schedule and a wide range of responsibilities.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Ensure the clients well-being.
• Provide assistance with ADLs (such as bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.)
• Provide assistance with IADLs (such as meal prep, housekeeping, transportation,etc.)
• Medication reminders.
• Possible minor pet care.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in clients home.
• Perform other basic caregiving services.

Caregiver Qualifications

• At least 1 year of paid verifiable caregiving experience (in-home care, facility, hospital, hospice, or similar) - Required.
• Ability to perform hands-on personal care (ie: bathing, toileting, transfers).
• Flexible to work weekends and/or holidays if needed
• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and ready to make a difference in the lives of others
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass background check
• Prefer caregivers who are comfortable with pets.
