Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with prospective buyers and provide home tours
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting purchase offers
• Adhere to our established sales methodology
• Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the entire buying process
• Organize and track your leads using the CRM system
• Engage actively in team training sessions and role-playing exercises

Qualifications

• Driven and competitive sales expert
• Skilled at establishing strong client relationships
• Highly organized with the ability to manage time autonomously
• Receptive to coaching and constructive feedback
• Committed to developing a sustainable career in real estate

Preferred qualifications:

• Active real estate license
• 1 to 2 years of experience in real estate or sales
• Proven history of selling 5 or more homes per year (preferred, not mandatory)
