    Description

    Experienced Bridge Superintendent The Experienced Bridge Superintendent will lead crew members to accomplish heavy construction projects across Massachusetts and New England. The position is responsible for field planning and the management process for the duration of the construction project. A Superintendent at MAS possesses the ability to ensure work is well planned, completed safely, with exceptional quality, and delivered on time/under budget. This role directs smooth project progress and represents the company in a professional manner.

    Qualifications:

    Experience 15 years of Bridge/Heavy Highway experience in a supervisory role Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must be willing to work safely and lead by example OSHA 10 certified Good verbal and written communications skills Ability to effectively plan and organize to meet project deadlines
