Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle bookkeeping, including reconciliations, payroll support, financial reporting and minimal tax filings.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to move efficiently from task to task while managing multiple clients or priorities.
- Self-starter who works well independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to use Excel and Microsoft products efficiently.
- Comfortable managing priorities in dynamic, fast-moving workplace.
- Capable of maintaining accuracy and efficiency under time-sensitive conditions.
