We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Surprise, AZ with strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills. This position offers $75,000-$110,000+ in annual earning potential, depending on experience, with a Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends. You'll work in a professional independent shop with challenging diagnostic work, quality equipment, and a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair domestic and import vehicles
• Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics
• Troubleshoot CAN network and communication issues
• Repair gas and light diesel vehicles
• Service light-duty trucks, fleet vehicles, older vehicles, and RVs
• Complete complex mechanical repairs using quality diagnostic equipment
• Collaborate with the team to deliver accurate, high-quality repairs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with electrical systems and drivability concerns
• Comfortable working on older vehicles and light diesel applications
• Ability to diagnose problems efficiently and accurately
• Own basic hand tools
• Dealership or independent shop experience welcome

Compensation & Benefits
